These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through www.fjorddeco.com.

These Terms govern the relationship between FJORD DECO (the “Seller”) and you, the customer (the “Buyer”), regarding the purchase, payment, delivery, and return of products sold through our online store.

By accessing or purchasing from www.fjorddeco.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Businesses purchasing from us may use the goods only for their intended purpose. Our products may not be resold, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent from FJORD DECO.

CONTRACT FORMATION

Product images on www.fjorddeco.com are for illustrative purposes only. Each product is made or prepared according to the details provided in your order.

Adding items to your cart does not create an obligation to purchase. You may modify your cart at any time before completing your order. If you add products to your cart but do not complete your purchase, we may send you a reminder about your pending order.

A purchase agreement is considered concluded once you have added items to your cart, clicked “Check Out”, provided your shipping details, selected a payment method, and successfully completed payment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

CONTRACT LANGUAGE AND APPLICABLE LAW

Before placing an order, you must read and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate personal information required to process and deliver your order. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

The contract is deemed concluded once payment is received. You will receive an electronic confirmation via email.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country where FJORD DECO operates. Any disputes will be resolved according to those laws.

Product usage instructions or care details may be provided via email or enclosed with the product.

DELIVERY TERMS

All orders are delivered through courier or parcel services. We do not offer in-person pickup.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer once the order is delivered to the specified address.

If a delivery attempt fails, we will contact you to arrange another attempt. If the Buyer repeatedly fails to accept delivery, the order will be canceled and refunded (excluding delivery costs and any applicable bank transfer fees).

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

a. Credit/Debit Card:
You will enter your card details at checkout. Your card will be charged immediately after placing your order.

b. PayPal:
Payments via PayPal require a registered PayPal account. Once confirmed, the payment is processed instantly. You can find more details about PayPal’s policies in your PayPal account.

c. Apple Pay:
You may use Apple Pay if you are registered with Apple and use the Safari browser. Payment is processed immediately after confirmation.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or goods, inform the courier immediately and contact us at admin@fjorddeco.com.

If the Buyer fails to inspect the goods upon delivery, FJORD DECO may reject later claims for damage that was visible and could have been reported at the time of receipt.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

We follow applicable consumer protection laws regarding product quality and defects.

FJORD DECO provides a quality guarantee for all products, the duration and details of which may vary depending on the product. This information will be included with your order or invoice.

This guarantee does not affect your legal consumer rights.

LIABILITY

Any matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by applicable consumer protection and civil laws.

FJORD DECO’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods, except in cases provided for by law.

If the Buyer receives goods that do not meet quality standards, they have the right to request a replacement, a proportional refund, or to terminate the contract and receive a full refund, as permitted under consumer law.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may submit a written complaint to admin@fjorddeco.com. We will respond within 14 calendar days

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority or submit a claim through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
