Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: admin@fjorddeco.com

We may request photo evidence to assess the issue. If approved, we will:

  • send a replacement product, or
  • provide a solution at no additional cost

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • The item must be returned to us
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • The item should be in reasonable condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • the item is excessively damaged due to misuse
  • the return request is made after 30 days
